As the logo of the German-Turkish Chamber of Industry and Commerce is legally protected, we have created a special logo for our members. This “AHK Türkiye Member Logo” is made available to members at the beginning of each year, after payment of the annual membership fee. Conditions
The Chamber has two types of memberships:
- Ordinary members*
- Honorary members**
A membership application is required for admission to the chamber. The Board of the Chamber decides on admission. Membership begins after admission with the payment of the admission fee and the first annual membership fees.
The admission fee is 700- €.
The annual membership fees are:
Entry for the company category is based on how each company assesses its own importance in its sector.
The chamber is a non-profit professional institution. Membership fees are tax deductible.
The Chamber works neutrally and confidentially.
The Chamber's services are essentially available to its members free of charge.
Insofar as the services require special expenditure, the Chamber shall charge appropriate cost contributions.
*
Natural and juristic persons who participate or are interested in the economic relations between Türkiye and Germany can be accepted as full members. Ordinary members take part in the Annual General Meetings, can vote and be elected to the Board of Directors. The legal entity may exercise its membership rights vis-à-vis the Chamber through its competent body or through a person authorised in writing by this body. The authorised natural person may freely vote on behalf of the legal entity and be elected instead of the legal entity. With the ending of the contractual relationship, the legal status of this natural person before the Chamber automatically ends.

The Board of Directors is entitled to appoint natural persons, who it recognises as worthy on the recommendation of a Chamber member or on its own initiative, as honorary members with the approval of the Annual General Meeting. Honorary members may attend General Meetings but have no voting rights; honorary members are exempt from paying membership fees.

The admission fee is waived for start-up companies. The company must not be more than 3 years young and must have an innovative founding history. The Board of Directors decides on the start-up membership application. Such a membership lasts for 3 years and is then automatically categorised as a small membership unless the member company requests a different membership size.
